Duodata
For delivery partners

Extract the business model. Deliver it with the migration.

Migration engagements carry definitions, owners and source mappings that usually live in spreadsheets. Duodata extracts them into a structured register, implements them as native semantics on the target platform, and validates the result with source-to-output reconciliation at handover.

The wedge: migration workshops

From spreadsheet register to reviewed artifacts.

The workshop produces a definition, owner and source register; an implementation mapping per target platform; and validation results that travel with the delivery.

  1. 01

    Structured capture, not spreadsheets

Business definitions, decisions and mappings often live in Excel. The workshop moves them into a structured home with owners, before anything is migrated.

  2. 02

    Preserve, refactor or redesign

Each metric gets an explicit decision: keep it as it is, refactor it for the new platform, or redesign it. The decision and its reason are recorded.

  3. 03

    A traceable delivery artifact

The business model, mappings and validation results travel with the project — evidence of what was agreed, not just what was built.

  4. 04

A reusable business model after go-live

The client keeps an owned, living model of its metrics after the migration ends — ready for reporting and for AI use on the new platform.

The partner program

Bring Duodata into your client migration.

Selected delivery partners receive 12 months of Duodata subscription coverage for each approved customer deployment. You lead the engagement and set your customer pricing. Services and usage are scoped separately, with continuation terms agreed upfront.

12 months per customer deployment

For each approved customer deployment, Duodata waives the agreed platform subscription fee for the first 12 months. Every accepted customer gets its own dated 12-month software period.

A 12-month registration window

Invited partners register customer opportunities within a 12-month window. Each accepted customer starts its own period when its deployment is approved.

You set the customer price

Under resale, the partner sets its customer price and retains the agreed launch-period software revenue. Continuation wholesale terms are agreed before customer launch.

Services and usage are separate

Consulting, cloud and third-party costs, incremental usage and any additional Duodata services are scoped separately.
